Marilyn is a trained, litigation paralegal, executive secretary and medical transcription by
profession.  She has a compilation of over 25 years of experience in the medical and legal
industries.  She possesses a keen eye for detail and demonstrates a great commitment in
completing projects for which she is responsible.  Her organizational skills are
unsurpassed by her colleagues and is charged with learning all facets of new technology
that enters the market.  With ten (10) years dedicated to medical transcription either by
hand, tape, of electronic audio downloads, she brings an element of devotion to the tasks
she is charged with managing.  

  With such strong attributes, Marilyn has joined TDH in the role of project manager.  
Her duties include the creation and execution of project work plans and revises as
appropriate to meet the changing needs to ensure the completion of projects on time and
within budget.  In addition, she identifies resources needed and assigns individual
responsibilities.  She is responsible for the management of day-to-day operational
aspects of projects and scope.  She reviews deliverables prepared by associates before
passing them on to the client.  She applies TDH methodology and enforces project
standards.  She prepares for engagement reviews that are conducted by TDH
comptroller and quality assurance procedures which are conducted at the end of each
shift which is a key step in assuring the quality of the project which has been completed.  
The importance of which minimizes our exposure and risk on any given project.   
Furthermore, this ensures project are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  Marilyn's educational background includes Brookdale Community College with an
Associates Degree in Business Administration and Katherine Gibbs School with as a
certified graduate in the Executive Secretarial Program.
